Now that you know what events are and why they’re important, it’s time to explore all the different types of events you can plan. There are so many possibilities! Whether you want to celebrate, learn, or just have fun, there’s an event for that. In this module, we’ll take a closer look at some common types of events and what makes each one special.

What Are the Different Types of Events?
Events come in all shapes and sizes. Some are big, like school fairs, while others are small, like a family game night. Here are some of the most popular types of events:

Birthday Parties: A classic celebration where friends and family gather to celebrate someone’s special day. Birthday parties often include games, cake, and presents, making them fun for everyone.
Talent Shows: An event where people get to showcase their skills, like singing, dancing, playing an instrument, or performing magic tricks. Talent shows are a great way to celebrate creativity and give everyone a chance to shine.
School Fairs: These are large events typically organized by schools to bring the community together. School fairs might include games, food stalls, performances, and even rides. They’re a great way to raise funds for the school and have fun at the same time.
Workshops: A workshop is an event where people gather to learn something new. For example, you might attend a workshop to learn how to make crafts, play a musical instrument, or even code a computer game. Workshops are all about learning by doing.
