We’ve tried to connect the kid-friendly activities at FFF into a single children’s economy with its own currency, business fair, workshops, treasure hunt, and more. Here’s how it works:
- All children (and parents 😊) are encouraged to prepare products, services, or activities to present and sell during the festival. These might include paintings, books, toys, cookies, crafts, or anything else children would like to share.
- Every child will receive $10 in FFF Dollars as startup funds to use during the festival.
- On Saturday, we’ll host a Kids Business Fair where children can present and sell their creations.
- A series of hands-on workshops will take place on Friday and Saturday, where kids can make crafts and other items.
- We’ll also organize a treasure hunt so kids can discover additional assets for their projects.
- Before leaving the festival, kids can exchange their earned FFF Dollars for small gifts at the FFF Kids Shop (just like school bucks stores).

How to Prepare for the Business Fair
We’ve prepared some educational materials and videos to help kids learn about business. These resources can help them get ready for the festival and the Kids Business Fair. Feel free to let your child explore them before arriving.
Business by Kids Educational Course
We created the Business by Kids educational course, which includes seventeen lessons on why kids should start a business, how to move from idea to action, essential business skills for children, and practical tools for planning and growing their ventures. We quickly prepared it in advance of the festival, so we apologize for any quality issues.

Q&As
You can reach out to Maksim Godovykh and his son Alex for any questions related to the business fair, workshops, treasure hunt, or other kid-friendly activities. And don’t worry—if someone runs out of FFF Dollars, we’ll try to figure something out on-site!
Questions
Q: What kind of items can kids bring to sell at the Business Fair?
A: Kids can bring handmade crafts, drawings, books, toys, snacks, or offer simple services like face painting or games. They’ll also have the opportunity to create crafts during the workshops. It’s all about creativity and fun—just make sure everything is safe and appropriate for a family festival.
Q: How should kids prepare their selling space at the Kids Business Fair, and what are the policies?
A: You can use anything you find helpful—tables, chairs, rugs, stumps, or other creative items. There are no strict rules, just be respectful, honest, and avoid any unfair practices. The goal is to have fun and learn through experience.
Q: What are FFF Dollars and how do kids use them?
A: FFF Dollars are the festival’s play currency. Each child receives $10 in FFF Dollars at the start, which they can use to purchase items at the Kids Business Fair or participate in certain activities. They can also earn more through the treasure hunt or by selling their own products.
Q: Do families need to bring their own tables or tents for the fair?
A: If possible, yes! You’re welcome to bring tables, tents, chairs, or even set up from the back of your car. We encourage everyone to create a setup that’s both comfortable and creative.
Q: What if my child runs out of FFF Dollars?
A: No worries! If a child runs out of FFF Dollars, there will be ways for them (or parents) to earn more through small tasks or extra game challenges. No child will be left out.
